User Testing Project: Card Experience & Checkout Flow

We’re seeking 30 US-based testers to participate in a structured user testing project for a newly launched consumer website. The focus of this test is evaluating the end-to-end card experience, including onboarding, card access, and checkout behavior in both online and in-store scenarios.

Previous testers have provided helpful feedback, and we’re now looking for new participants to review the experience from a fresh perspective.

- Scope of Testing

- Account sign-up and onboarding flow

- Navigating to and accessing card features

- Simulated and guided checkout experience (online and in-store scenarios)

- Identifying friction points, usability issues, or unclear instructions

- Providing written feedback based on provided prompts

Requirements:

- Must be located in the United States

- Preference for testers in the following states:

Alabama

Arkansas

Hawaii

Louisiana

Maine

Massachusetts

Mississippi

Missouri

New Hampshire

New Jersey

New Mexico

New York

Rhode Island

Texas

Vermont

Washington

- No prior testing experience required

- Ability to follow written instructions and provide clear feedback

Time Commitment:

- Approximately 2 hours

Deliverables:

- Written feedback responses based on testing prompts

- Notes on usability, clarity, and overall experience

This is a one-time testing project. Reliable, high-quality feedback may be considered for future testing opportunities.
