Transferring my blog to Substack and shifting the targeting

I will be setting up a Substack that will use a significant amount of repurposed material from the blog on my current website. My blog has its strongest appeal to people who are over 50 and enjoy both humor and life lessons as we head through the fourth quarter of life. The majority of the posts on the new sites will be humorous stories from life and insights gained along the way.

The right person for my needs will have a strong sense of humor and a sensitivity to the wisdom gained (or not) as we move through the phases of our time on the planet.

The current assignment includes:

1. Review of my blog content (roughly 400 posts) to identify the items that will match best with the new audience and targeting.

2. Identifying and helping me reorganize individual observations that could be added to the tail end of new posts or expanded to create free-standing entries. (Many prior posts include 8-10 "random thoughts" that could be combined or expanded into something new.)

3. Thoughts/guidance about targeting a new audience via other social media sites.

I have gone through the material and it looks like this project will take up about 40 hours in total.
