Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that support company objectives. Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution. Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for improvement. Continuously evaluate market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance and support on sourcing initiatives. Drive cost savings and process improvements through effective negotiation and contract management. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing processes. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sourcing activities and outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and sourcing. Act as a subject matter expert on strategic sourcing and provide training and support to team members.
