About the role3M is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join its HR Technology team in Bangalore. You will work on configuring and enhancing Workday HCM solutions, collaborating with global partners to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable HR systems.Key responsibilitiesManage Workday HCM configuration, including trusted changes, support requests, break‑fix items, and enhancements.Analyze and resolve defects, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high‑quality solutions that meet business standards.Execute mass data loads using EIBs, ensure data accuracy, and follow data‑governance practices.Partner with HR Technology Portfolio Managers and Team Lead to align priorities and meet delivery timelines.Support semi‑annual Workday releases through testing and validation to avoid disruptions.Contribute to peer reviews, share cross‑functional knowledge, and improve team operating procedures.Required profileBachelor’s degree or higher (verified before start).Minimum 4 years of HR technology experience.Minimum 4 years of Workday configuration experience, specifically in HCM.Workday Pro Certification in HCM (preferred).Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams.Required skillsWorkday HCM configuration.Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass data loads.Workday Time, US Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent modules (any).Workday Pro Certification (preferred).What we offerHybrid work mode (onsite and remote).Competitive compensation and benefits benchmarked against industry peers.Opportunities to collaborate with innovative colleagues worldwide.
