  • 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Strong experience with partnerships, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses
  • Experience reviewing returns and managing client engagements
  • Ability to mentor staff and develop junior team members
The Role A Top 70 CPA firm is hiring a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director within its Partnership & Closely Held Business Tax practice. The work is focused on partnerships, pass-through entities, private businesses, real estate partnerships, and complex ownership structures. This is a mixture of compliance and advisory with significant exposure to tax planning, consulting, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Review partnership, S-Corp, and individual tax returns
  • Lead tax planning and consulting projects
  • Advise business owners and closely held companies
