Senior Sourcer, G&A
Description:
- Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms.
- Engage prospective talent through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of SG&A roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and results.
- Support recruiting efforts for finance, people/HR, legal, policy, communications, and other G&A functions.
- Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters to drive hiring for critical roles in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record hiring for SG&A roles.
- Experience supporting finance, people/HR, legal, policy, communications, or other G&A roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.
- Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Resilient and creative problem solver who can troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly.
- Direct, succinct communicator who practices active listening and thoughtful engagement.
