Senior Measurement & Business Intelligence Architect

Job Description:

  • Act as the analytical engine of the marketing department
  • Be the primary architect of our data strategy, bridging the gap between raw data and executive insight
  • Deliver prescriptive insights that recommend specific actions
  • Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance metrics
  • Lead the development of Multi-Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modeling
  • Build and deploy models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and CLV
  • Manage and guide one dedicated Data Analyst, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Looker
  • Experience implementing or managing Data Cloud environments (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud)
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business narratives for leadership
