Now executing an "AI-first" strategy, the organization has launched a dedicated institute for applied AI and quantum computing to drive productivity and deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences for millions of global customers.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications supporting Capital Markets platforms and business functions</li> <li>Customize and configure Murex components, including workflows, datamarts, interfaces, reporting solutions, and integrations</li> <li>Develop and support real-time and batch integrations between Murex and upstream/downstream systems</li> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with business users, analysts, architects, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions</li> <li>Optimize application and database performance through effective design and tuning strategies</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes</li> <li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation</li> <li>Identify opportunities to automate development and operational processes through AI-enabled solutions</li> <li>Contribute to technical discussions and best practices related to architecture, integration, and system scalability</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience in Java development, including object-oriented design, multithreading, collections, performance optimization, and enterprise application development</li> <li>Extensive experience working with Murex across one or more functional areas, including Front Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Back Office, Collateral Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Integration</li> <li>Experience with Murex customization and configuration, including workflows, datamarts, interfaces, reporting, and integration development</li> <li>Strong understanding of Capital Markets products including FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, and structured products</li> <li>Experience designing and developing real-time and batch integrations between Murex and external systems</li> <li>Proficiency with SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL</li> <li>Experience tuning and optimizing complex database queries</li> <li>Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile delivery methodologies</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions</li> <li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or similar platforms</li> <li>Ability to identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation across software development, testing, code quality, and operational processes</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native application development</li> <li>Familiarity with APIs and microservices architectures</li> <li>Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes</li> <li>Exposure to large-scale financial systems and enterprise integration environments</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal & Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
