HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE Lead enterprise regulatory initiatives including HIT regulatory rule interpretation, education, and guidance ensuring compliance with technology regulations. Contribute to solution design by applying regulatory knowledge to ensure technology and complex operational workflows align with applicable laws, while translating system and process impacts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders across clinical, operational, and leadership teams. Develop clear, actionable documentation for new initiatives and strategic plans, translating regulatory and technical requirements into forward-looking roadmaps. Effectively shares knowledge and insights across teams to support informed decision-making and cohesive execution. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to evaluate how regulatory requirements impact data capture, workflows, and system behavior. WHAT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS YOU’LL NEED Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. WHAT ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES WE'RE SEEKING Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Smartsheets to support analysis, documentation, and strategic planning activities. Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with the ability to understand how regulatory requirements influence workflows, data capture, reporting, and system behavior across clinical and operational environments. Advanced analytical and communication skills, with the ability to research and interpret regulatory updates, synthesize complex technical and operational information, and present clear, actionable insights to diverse stakeholder groups.
