Compensation

We offer an attractive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year.

Work Schedule
  • This is a full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Monitor revenue cycle management, focusing on billing, collections, and accounts receivable to maintain optimal cash flow and minimize delinquencies.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of expenses and revenues across departments, cost centers, and funding sources.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement enhancements for financial processes.
