Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as reinsurers and legal counsel, to support the successful resolution of complex claims. Review and approve settlement offers and negotiate with claimants, ensuring fair and reasonable outcomes for all parties involved. Stay current on industry developments and changes in regulations related to complex claims.
