Regional Vice President - Enterprise Expand East

Description:

  • Lead and expand business with Enterprise accounts across the Eastern and Midwest regions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Elastic’s technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
  • Drive sales execution to achieve assigned quotas using Elastic’s sales methodology.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the open source community and partner ecosystem.
  • Travel regularly to support deal creation, deal closure, and team management needs.
  • Partner with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives in a fast-paced, technical, client-acquisition-driven business.
  • Strong SaaS sales leadership experience in the Enterprise or Strategic market.
  • Executive-level relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working within an open source model is preferred.
  • Experience leading teams selling to large financial services accounts is highly relevant.
  • Relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location may be considered in compensation decisions.

Benefits:

  • Starting salary range of $170,000 to $268,800 USD.
  • Starting target variable range of $113,200 to $179,100 USD.
  • Typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $283,200 to $447,900 USD.
