Project Manager/Scrum Master

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Manager/Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive AI/ML Ops implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations in data and analytics projects. Key responsibilities Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing delivery impediments Drive the adoption of AI/ML Ops practices and partner with architecture leads for modern data platform alignment Ensure delivery practices meet regulatory expectations and coordinate multiple functions for effective project delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred) 5-8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices for AI/ML workloads Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred Working knowledge of modern architectures and tools such as Databricks and Jira
