Power Automate Desktop Expert (RPA) Needed

I use a web-based application to record attendance data for an event. The application does not allow me to upload a spreadsheet with attendance details. I need to create a Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flow (RPA) to automatically pull the data from an Excel spreadsheet and enter it into the web-based application.

I have tried to create the flow myself but I keep either getting errors or it doesn't loop properly.

Note, the web-based application will already be open and accessible on Microsoft Edge browser.

I also want someone who can explain what I did wrong so I'll be able to build new PAD flows in the future.

What You Will Do:

Debug and fix the current syntax / expression error.

Review and optimize the web selectors to ensure reliable browser attachment.

Provide guidance on handling dynamic URL parameters efficiently without breaking the flow expression rules.

Conduct a brief code review via screen-share to ensure overall flow stability.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience building and debugging Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows (RPA). Note: This is a desktop flow requirement, not standard cloud-only flows.

Strong understanding of PAD syntax rules, escaping special characters, and working with string-literal formulas ($'''...''')

Expertise with web automation, Edge browser extensions, and managing HTML elements/selectors.
