The Role
The Owner Relations Manager serves as the primary contact for our property owners. You’ll be their advocate and trusted partner - blending relationship management, operational insight, and data-driven decision-making to help each property perform at its best.

This isn’t a support position; it’s a leadership role within your own portfolio. You’ll be empowered to manage relationships, resolve challenges, and make thoughtful, informed decisions that directly impact property performance and owner satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for a large portfolio of property owners.
• Build trust through consistent, proactive communication (email, phone, video).
• Review performance reports and turn insights into clear action plans.
• Coordinate maintenance, track vendor activity, and follow up professionally.
• Audit listings and collaborate with marketing to improve exposure and conversion.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports and help owners interpret results.
• Keep meticulous notes, update systems, and stay synced with Ops and Guest Services.
• Contribute ideas for owner newsletters and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, property management, client success, or operations.
• Proven experience managing large active accounts or projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational habits and follow-up discipline.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
• Based in Austin, TX for frequent on-site visits.
• Nice to Have: experience with Airbnb/VRBO, Breezeway, Hostaway, or hospitality SaaS.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
