Role OverviewWe are hiring an Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation of an Australia-based, artist-led creative company expanding into its own anime animation studio. You will lead hiring, manage team operations, improve systems, and help turn creative ideas into structured execution. This role is best suited for someone highly organized, fast-moving, comfortable managing people, and genuinely interested in anime, art, jewelry, luxury products, and creative brand-building.<h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;">About the Role</h2>As Operations Manager, you will support the company across hiring, team management, project tracking, systems, workflows, and business growth. You will help coordinate work across design, marketing, product creation, e-commerce, and studio operations, making sure the team has the structure needed to execute creative projects well.This role will play an important part in preparing our anime projects for public release and helping the business scale without losing creative quality. Success in this position means creating clarity, removing bottlenecks, improving execution, and helping a growing remote team stay organized and accountable.
