Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize Notion daily to execute assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes
  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks in Notion, proposing actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for effective Notion usage
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases
  • Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization to the customer’s team

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of hands‑on experience as a user of Notion
  • Possess strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, conveying ideas clearly and professionally
  • Be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling
  • Be self‑motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
