monday.com Expert Needed — Build Conditional Communications Intake Workflow
We are looking for an experienced monday.com consultant/workflow builder to help design and implement a robust communications and marketing intake system for a communications office.
This is not just a simple form setup project — we need someone who understands:
* conditional logic
* operational workflows
* communications/project intake systems
* scalable automation
* monday.com best practices
The goal is to create a streamlined request process that:
* feels simple for internal users
* dynamically changes questions based on prior selections
* routes requests appropriately
* reduces unnecessary fields/questions
* supports communications triage and project management internally
Project Overview
We have already mapped out the structure and logic conceptually, including:
* request types
* organizational ownership
* content categories
* production needs
* output/distribution channels
* asset requests
* conditional branching logic
Example:
If a requester selects “Event Coverage,” additional questions appear related to:
* photography
* video
* livestreaming
* event details
* deliverables
If “Photography” is selected, additional follow-up questions appear specific to photography needs.
We need help translating this into an elegant monday.com implementation.
