MEAT/MARKET MANAGER ON DECK
About the position
Complete a 4-12 week program (internal 4-6, external 8-12) in preparation of being assigned a department manager position. Travel within the division to train and provide relief. Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor/control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Meat/Seafood operations.
