<strong>Marketing Transformation & Initiatives Leader<br><br></strong>The Head of Marketing Transformation & Strategic Initiatives is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the marketing organization's strategic vision and transformation agenda. This leader will drive the evolution toward a data-driven, AI-enabled, performance-focused marketing model that accelerates growth and enhances customer outcomes. This role owns the end-to-end transformation roadmap to build a best-in-class direct bank marketing capability, combining digital-first strategies with the strength of the Financial Center network. It leads the development of a modern, AI-powered marketing ecosystem to deliver personalized, scalable, and measurable campaigns. In close partnership with Technology, Product, Digital, Sales, and Analytics leaders, this role oversees full-funnel performance—defining the direct banking funnel, measuring effectiveness, identifying gaps, and driving continuous optimization. Success requires a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results across acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities And Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li>Marketing Transformation Strategy: Define and lead a multi-year transformation roadmap, transitioning the organization to a performance- and outcomes-driven marketing model with clear milestones, value realization, and measurable impact.</li><li>Funnel Performance & Optimization: Own end-to-end funnel health by defining performance metrics, identifying conversion gaps, and driving corrective actions in partnership with IT, Digital, Sales Operations, and Analytics.</li><li>AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement: Operationalize artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases (e.g., audience segmentation, propensity modeling, offer optimization, next-best-action) supported by strong governance and scalable execution models.</li><li>Test-and-Learn Culture: Establish and embed a rigorous experimentation framework, including A/B, multivariate, and incrementality testing, to continuously improve performance and inform decision-making.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment and decision-making across key stakeholders, including Technology, Digital, Product, Change Management, and Compliance, ensuring coordinated execution of strategic priorities.</li><li>Executive Communication & Governance: Deliver executive-level insights, including business cases, performance reporting, KPI scorecards, and risk assessments to inform leadership decisions and track progress.</li><li>Financial & Resource Management: Oversee budget management and long-term financial planning, ensuring optimal investment allocation and return on marketing spend.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Educational Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>University (Degree) Preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>8+ years in marketing leadership roles spanning digital marketing, growth/performance marketing, or marketing operations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree highly preferred</li><li>10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or related leadership roles</li><li>Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving measurable business growth</li><li>Deep expertise in data-driven marketing, digital ecosystems, and AI/ML applications</li><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Role Specific Work Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work<br><br></li></ul><strong>Please note:</strong> Candidates located near our hub offices in Jacksonville, Irvine, or Charlotte are expected to work onsite as part of their role.<br><br><strong>Career Level<br><br></strong>10PL<br><br>$174,800 - $236,500 ,<br><br>EverBank, N.A. is a nationwide specialty bank providing high-value products and services to consumer and commercial clients nationwide.
