Managing Partners are home for dinner nearly every night, and restaurant closes at 8pm!
Successful Managing Partner Candidates will have 3+ years of Restaurant General Management or Area Director Experience in Casual or QSR Restaurants Leading Teams, Delivering Memorable Service, and the Ability to Drive Profits. If you meet the requirements and have a Passion for the Industry and Love to Please the Guest, we will provide the General Manager with a Package that includes the following:
$70K - $90K annual compensation average - base salary, bonus, and large % of net operating income. Managing Partners have a minimal financial investment into the restaurant they operate, but requires no upfront investment.
