Manager, Talent Management

<p>We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, Talent Management to join the growing team at PayPal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global talent management strategy. We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about people development and is able to create a culture of learning and growth.The ideal candidate has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, with a strong focus on driving business results through developing and managing a high-performing global talent pool. You’ll need a deep understanding of talent management processes, from succession planning to performance management and career development. You’ll also need to have the ability to navigate the complexities of a global organization, with the ability to lead talent initiatives across multiple countries and cultures.If you are a talented and motivated professional with a passion for people development, then we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Developing and executing the global talent management strategy. Creating a culture of learning and growth. Identifying and implementing talent management processes, such as succession planning, performance management and career development. Coordinating talent initiatives across multiple countries and cultures. Ensuring the global talent pool is high-performing. Staying up to date with industry standards and best practices in talent management. Managing and developing talent management teams. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of talent management strategies. Working with stakeholders to identify and resolve talent management challenges.
