Logistics Operations Performance Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Establishment of Standardized Quality Control System:
    • Based on the operational processes of warehouses, distribution centers, last‑mile delivery, etc., define SOPs, SLAs, safety compliance requirements and exception handling mechanisms for each stage.
    • Build a reasonable operational quality monitoring system, promote the digitalization of quality control tools, ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of core quality control data, and output response plans for exception scenarios and quality management regulations.
  2. Operational Quality Monitoring, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement:
    • Conduct regular inspections of logistics operations across all stages, accurately identify shortcomings in timeliness, cost, and service, and follow up on the consensus and implementation of improvement plans.
    • Monitor the entire order fulfillment process, supervise the execution of SOPs at each stage, promptly intervene in operational deviations, assess risks, and promote effective remedial solutions.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making and Industry Insight:
    • Collaborate across departments, working with DA and GNE teams to jointly establish core monitoring indicator systems for operations and user experience. Participate fully in the calibration of indicator logic, data breakdown, and consensus-building for implementation to ensure data-driven business decisions.
    • Ability to independently produce multidimensional service quality analysis reports, providing insights with industry understanding to support management decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in overseas warehouse or sorting center operations. Familiar with cross‑border warehousing, distribution centers, or the entire logistics fulfillment process, with a deep understanding of process establishment, quality control, and cost optimization logic.
  2. Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills, capable of accurately identifying operational pain points and proposing effective improvement solutions.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese to work and partner with Chinese Logistics Service Providers.
