The Risk Management & Compliance department is based in Naples, Florida and includes a team of varied compliance, risk management, audit and legal professionals. Arthrex is actively searching for a Lead, Compliance Training & Communications to join the Risk Management & Compliance team. <br><br><strong>Main Objective: </strong><br><br>The Lead, Compliance Training & Communications administers all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation and execution of the Global Training & Communications function of Arthrex's Risk Management & Compliance Program (the Program). The Lead reports to the Manager, Global Compliance Policy, Training & Communications. This position is based in Naples, FL, but a remote work arrangement is available for the right candidate.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Lead the creation, circulation and reporting of both online and live training content for Arthrex employees and third parties on compliance and business conduct matters.</li><li>Develops targeted compliance communications initiatives for specific audiences; developing content and monitoring related schedules. </li><li>Supports internal and external compliance web development projects as needed.</li><li>Develops and maintains compliance templates, checklists, work instructions and other relevant documentation.</li><li>Supports tasks related to the on-going monitoring of compliance training activities.</li><li>Drafts compliance training assets, guidance documents and presentations for the Program or other external stakeholders.</li><li>Handles the overall administration of the Program including responding to electronic inquiries and assisting with response tracking.</li><li>Proactively identifies opportunities and leads efforts to elevate communication, awareness and accessibility of the compliance program, tools and resources.</li><li>Support Manager, Global Compliance Policy, Training & Communications in shaping culture by establishing and executing an appropriate cultural tone throughout the business; develop and drive the compliance program brand and web-presence; communicate the business benefit for compliance across the company. </li><li>Supports compliance policy and process projects as assigned. </li><li>Supports other Compliance department projects as assigned.</li><li>Up to 10% travel as required.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Knowledge and Skills: </strong><br><ul><li>Deep understanding of laws, regulations, and industry guidance applicable to a global healthcare company.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance training and communication strategies.</li><li>Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and training development tools (e.g., Adobe Articulate).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.</li><li>Excellent presentation and documentation development skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across departments and levels.</li><li>Project prioritization and time management.</li><li>Skilled in building trust and fostering collaboration across global teams.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Education/ Experience </strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required.</li><li>Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CPA, CIA) preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate Legal, Compliance or Risk.</li><li>Experience in compliance training & communications required.</li><li>Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech industry preferred.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:</strong><br><br>Intermediate (or better) level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. <br><br><strong>Arthrex 2025 Benefits</strong><br><ul><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Company-Provided Life Insurance</li><li>Voluntary Life Insurance</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>Supplemental Insurance Plans (Accident, Cancer, Hospital, Critical Illness)</li><li>Matching 401(k) Retirement Plan</li><li>Annual Bonus</li><li>Wellness Incentive Program</li><li>Gym Reimbursement Program</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li><li>Trip of a Lifetime</li><li>Paid Parental Leave</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Volunteer PTO</li><li>Employee Assistance Provider (EAP)</li></ul><br><br><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.</strong><br><br><strong>Making People Better at Arthrex</strong><br><br>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur.
