Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple sets of books for our busy companies. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records for multiple entities

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Manage payroll and related filings

• Assist with budgeting and year-end close

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Quickbooks, real estate management software, and Microsoft Office helpful

• Ability to handle multiple sets of books accurately and efficiently

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent team, people, and problem-solving skills helpful

Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
