Finance Specialist – Shared Services
Job Description:
- Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for integrity and resolve any discrepancies to management.
- Support, develop and maintain effective communication and excellent relationships with internal customers.
- Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned projects and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively.
- Participate in continuous measurement, development and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management - Preferred
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in shared services environment and/or process improvement - Preferred
