Finance Specialist – Shared Services

Job Description:

  • Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for integrity and resolve any discrepancies to management.
  • Support, develop and maintain effective communication and excellent relationships with internal customers.
  • Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned projects and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively.
  • Participate in continuous measurement, development and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits.
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management - Preferred
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in shared services environment and/or process improvement - Preferred
