EHS MANAGER
Are you a safety-focused leader with experience in high-volume manufacturing? We are seeking a dedicated QEC Manager to drive our quality and compliance excellence. What You’ll Do:
- Drive Quality & Compliance: You will be responsible for overall plant quality, environmental reporting, and compliance with government agencies regulating our operations.
- Manage Systems: Implement and maintain the effectiveness of our quality systems, including document control, Certificate of Analysis/Conformance (COA/COC), and customer inquiries.
- Environmental Oversight: Spearhead our Environmental Regulatory Compliance, including Air Permits, RCRA hazardous waste disposal, TRI, FIFRA Reporting, Tier 2, and EPA Federal/State Pesticide reporting.
- Safety Leadership: Ensure total compliance with plant safety rules and hazardous material handling procedures.

Responsibilities
- The Quality, Environmental, & Compliance Manager is responsible for overall plant quality, environmental compliance and reporting and overall compliance to all other government agencies regulating plant operation.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system including Document control, Certificate of analysis/Conformance (COA/COC) and responding to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for Environmental Regulatory Compliance, including Air Permit, RCRA hazardous waste disposal, TRI, FIFRA Reporting, Tier 2, EPA Federal and State Pesticide reporting.
- Responsible for compliance with all plant safety rules, hazardous material, and hazardous waste handling procedures.
- Analyzes and updates quality documentation (test procedures, Product specification sheets, Safety Data Sheets, etc.), making certain that current practices are being documented.
- Coordinates with production and sales/marketing to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and delivery expectations.
- Manages and monitors all corrective actions (CARs) to determine the root cause and to prevent reoccurring issues.
- Ensures proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed, and collects documentation on advanced container maintenance, and production operations.
- Ships product samples to customers using proper handling procedures.
- Manages the collection and removal of hazardous waste following RCRA and CFR requirements.
