<p><span style="font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold">Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding</span></p> <p>Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to lead recruiting, onboarding, employment branding, and workforce pipeline initiatives across our growing organization.</p> <p><br></p> <p>This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment while also ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires through their first day of employment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about building strong teams within a behavioral health environment.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p> <p>• Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, residential, medical, administrative, and leadership roles<br>• Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions<br>• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience<br>• Manage employment branding and recruiting-related social media initiatives<br>• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities<br>• Build partnerships with colleges, workforce programs, and community organizations to support long-term hiring pipelines<br>• Manage recruiting vendors including background check providers, job boards, and advertising partners<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and recruiting budgets<br>• Train and support hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring processes<br>• Ensure compliance with hiring, credentialing, and onboarding requirements</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Qualifications</span></span></p> <p>• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field<br>• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services<br>• Experience leading onboarding and employment branding initiatives preferred<br>• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills<br>• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">Why Join DTAC?</span></span></p> <p>DTAC is a growing behavioral health organization serving youth and families across multiple states.
