A company is looking for a Data Engineer to support a classified project for the IRS, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Support ECS/EAD data engineering efforts focusing on automation and repeatable data processing workflows
Build automated data validation routines, ETL test harnesses, and monitoring scripts for pipeline reliability and data integrity
Implement ingestion and transformation components, integrate with cloud data services, and resolve pipeline defects

Required Qualifications

Active IRS MBI Clearance and current GFE required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience without a degree
US Citizenship required
Experience with Python, SQL, ETL/ELT development, and cloud data services (AWS/Azure)
Prior experience working on Agile teams
