D.C. Gaming Licensed Player Executive
Driving net revenue through proactive sales tactics, the full-time D.C. Gaming Licensed Player Executive will manage relationships with VIP customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to build loyalty and enhance services Drive key VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement, market share, and net revenue Compile and analyze data to identify trends and maximize player performance while adhering to VIP policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing Passion for improving player experience and promoting positivity within the team Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency Knowledge of revenue increase strategies and expense control Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
