Customer Service Executive / Beauty Concierge (Remote)

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and chat.
Recommend suitable beauty services and explain treatments.
Manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
Upsell services and packages.
Follow up with enquiries to maximise conversions.
Coordinate with planners and technicians.
Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

Excellent English communication.
Previous customer service or sales experience.
Strong knowledge of beauty services (Hair, Nails, Massage, Facials, Waxing, Threading, Eyelash, Hair Treatments, Moroccan Bath, etc.).
Comfortable using CRM and WhatsApp Business.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
