About the Position

The Chidolue Law Firm is seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys who enjoy client interaction, possess exceptional communication skills, and value the flexibility of remote work.

As one of the first attorneys prospective clients meet, you will play a critical role in helping them understand their legal options while delivering an exceptional client experience with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Primary Responsibilities

You will:

  • Conduct virtual immigration consultations with prospective clients.
  • Analyze each client's immigration history and legal options.
  • Clearly and confidently explain available legal strategies.
  • Recommend appropriate legal services when applicable.
  • Complete accurate consultation notes immediately following each consultation.
  • Follow all firm consultation procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience during every consultation.

Applicants must be experienced and comfortable conducting consultations involving, but not limited to:

  • Family-Based Immigration
  • Naturalization
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Consular Processing
  • T Visas

  • Waivers
  • Removal Defense
  • Other common immigration matters

Schedule & Availability

Minimum Commitment

8–10 hours per week, with opportunities to increase your consultation hours over time based on performance, availability, and client demand.

Consultation Schedule

This role includes consultation coverage during both weekdays and Saturdays. Specific schedules and availability will be discussed during the interview process.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand every attorney's schedule is different.

Whenever possible, we will work with you to create a schedule that aligns with your availability while maintaining our established consultation calendar.

Compensation

$60.00 per Hour

Qualifications

Required

✔ Active Bar license in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.

✔ Prior immigration law experience.

✔ Strong working knowledge of:

  • Family-Based Immigration
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Consular Processing
  • Victim-Based Relief (VAWA, U Visas, etc.)
  • Removal Defense

✔ Excellent communication and client counseling skills.

✔ Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

✔ Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

✔ Committed to delivering exceptional client service.

✔ Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace.

Attorneys selected for this position will receive onboarding and training on our consultation systems, workflows, and quality standards.

Acceptance of this position requires a commitment to fully adhere to our firm's consultation procedures, documentation standards, client communication protocols, and operational processes.

These standards have been carefully developed to ensure consistency, quality, compliance, and the highest level of client service across our firm.
