The Role

We’re looking for hungry, disciplined field reps to bring these tools directly to independent restaurant owners in your territory. This is real field sales: prospecting, door knocks, building relationships, running demos, closing deals, and onboarding. Daily activity tracking, geolocation check-ins, and standups. High impact. High accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage independent restaurant owners face-to-face in your territory.
• Educate them on how Labrador eliminates costs and complexity so they can focus on their food and guests.
• Manage your pipeline, hit weekly quotas, and deliver market feedback.
• Represent Labrador with professionalism and energy while building your own long-term income.

Compensation — Build Your Residual Empire

1099. High hustle, high reward. No ceiling.

• $1,800 monthly retainer paid weekly when you hit quota (activity + results tracked).
• Uncapped residuals: $450 for every $100k in processed volume you book ($45 per $1k). Paid monthly, forever, as long as the merchant stays active. Close the right accounts and build $10k–$30k+/mo in passive income. Do the field work. Own your territory. Make money while you sleep. 24-month non-compete tied to residuals.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven grit and results in field sales or high-activity environments (restaurant, service, or direct sales experience a plus — hunger and discipline matter most).
• Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting, rejection, and daily execution.
• Self-motivated closer who wants to serve local restaurant owners while building real wealth.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Expectations

This is 1099 field sales. Expect heavy doors, consistent activity, and quota every week. We provide training and support, but you own your results.
