Position: Business Partner (BP) – Market Development, Technical Sales & After-Sales Service

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Partner (BP) to lead our company’s market expansion, technical sales, and after-sales service in the industrial equipment and automation sector. This position allows for Home Office work and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a flexible and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

●Market Development:

●Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities.

●Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance brand presence and influence.

Technical Sales:

●Provide tailored technical solutions based on customer needs and achieve sales goals.

●Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.

After-Sales Service:

●Support customers through on-site and remote troubleshooting.

●Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Cross-Department Coordination:

●Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to optimize product solutions and service processes.

●Strategic Feedback:

●Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy.

Qualifications

Eligibility

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Education:

Master’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information, or Control Systems

Experience:

Prior experience in the industrial equipment or automation industry preferred

Background in sales or technical roles within the U.S. industrial automation sector is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes:

Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate technology into business value

Excellent communication skills and professional presence

Self-motivated and capable of independent work

Comfortable working in a flexible Home Office environment
