  • Serves as the primary owner of an established client relationship

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience in B2B, retail, SaaS, or services environments
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
