mobile web, and app platforms to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Manage and maintain homepage programming calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities, marketing campaigns, and merchandising objectives. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Product, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Recommend site, app, landing page, and targeting strategies based on campaign performance metrics and client behavior insights. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, product drops, and key brand initiatives across digital platforms. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure flawless campaign execution and an exceptional client experience. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Analyze campaign performance and site engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and future recommendations. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Support testing initiatives and digital enhancements by evaluating results and sharing actionable insights. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Assist in the implementation of new site features, app experiences, and personalization strategies. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Monitor site content and campaign performance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, site merchandising, site marketing, or related fields. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, website content, or promotional calendars within a retail or consumer-facing environment. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, client journey optimization, and online shopping behaviors. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Experience leveraging site reporting, analytics, and performance data to influence decision-making. </li> exceptional client experiences. </li> </ul>What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000.00 - $98,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform
